Our company is situated in the middle of the Appennino tosco-romagnolo (mountains between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna), an ideal position for wild berries plantation.
Our high-quality jams are made with organic fruit, harvested at their perfect point of ripeness with cutting-edge technology in order to keep their natural properties. We add a little organic brown sugar that comes from fair trade market, or stevia. We don't use pectin, but we concentrate at low pressure levels and low temperatures, in order to keep intact all organoleptic properties.
